I am a NJ Licensed Associate Counselor with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health and Graduate Certificate in Addictions Counseling from Saint Joseph's University. I provide services to children, teenagers, adults, and couples. My styles of counseling include, but are not limited to, Patient-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strongly believe that the patient-centered orientation is so crucial as it keeps the patient in the driver's seat because only you know yourself best! I strive to demonstrate for my patients the need for self-love and self-confidence while maintaining their daily routines and responsibilities to overcome day-to-day issues. I wish to encourage and uplift patients in an effort to build on their strengths and other goals they seek to achieve. As someone who has struggled with my mental health in the past, I hold a firm belief that everyone is worthy of the therapeutic healing process, and I am hopeful that my patients will learn to see that they are deserving of it as well.
